The inside of Phoenix Academy is sleek and modern, with a touch of elegance with some rich toned woodwork. The school and grounds are well maintained and show little wear, lending itself to being one of the newer colleges around as well as a successful one.
The classrooms are kept small and intimate, and even the lecture classes are kept so that there can be optimal interaction with the students, the rooms looking more like a conference room. there is a lecture hall, but is used more with guest speakers than the actual classes.
The library is large, assuring that the students may find all they might need for their courses. The school also sports an olympic indoor and outdoor pool for students to enjoy in any weather, as well for their successful swim team. There are also stables on the grounds for those with horses willing to pay for their housing, school horses that may be used, and trails available for lead rides, and for those experienced enough to go on their own. Lacrosse, Soccer and Football are just some of the sports offered at Phoenix Academy.

HOUSING
For housing, there are on sight dorms, with a building for Alphas and betas, co-ed housing through single sex occupancy within the room. On the opposite side of the campus is the Omega and Sanctuary housing. Well patrolled by Security, it is a safe haven for the Omegas attending the Academy as well as those taking refuge on the grounds.
Staff housing is available in off campus houses owned by the Academy, though staff are more than welcome to have their own housing arrangements within the town itself. While students Junior and above are given the option of renting off campus Academy owned houses.
The Academy Houses (staff and student) are 4-5 bedrooms with 2 ½ bathrooms, two stories with two bedrooms in the finished basements as well as 2-3 bedrooms on the second floor. There is a full bath in the basement and second floor, with a half bath on the first floor for guest use. Each house has a full kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a storage space and laundry room in the basement for the entire household. Rent is split between the occupants.
There is allowances for mixed Alpha-Beta-Omega occupancy in Academy Houses, so long as the Omegas are of sound mind, un-threatened and understand the risks involved in Housing with Betas and Alphas. Inversely, the Alphas and Betas in the Academy House are in charge of their Omega housemates safety, and sign an agreement stating they will take their Omega’s safety and healthy seriously. Monthly checks are done on the Houses with an Omega occupant.
